FanHaus Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • New, unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • Free of damage, stains, or odors

    • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

FanHaus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@fanhausrgv.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

  • FanHaus is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after completing your return.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and order details.

  • We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
